Job Title	Assistant Director
Qualification	Diploma in Children’s Services, eligible to obtain a Blue Card or Working with Children Suitability Check.
Role description	The Assistant Director will perform the same duties as a Group Leader while also assisting the Director in the efficient and effective management of the Centre. Additional duties will include: Take control of the Centre in the Directors absence, support and supervise employees, assist the Director to supervise programs and maintain Centre policies and procedures, assist the Director to maintain Centre and family records.
