Qualification	Willing to study Certificate III in Children’s Services, eligible to obtain a Blue Card or Working with Children Suitability Check.
Role description	Trainees will undertake on the job training and support while studying their Certificate III in Children’s Services. They will work under an experienced Group Leader assisting in the co-ordination of educational activities for an allocated group of children. Specific duties will include: Supervision and support to a group of children, help to prepare and administer activities, maintain hygiene & cleanliness, ensure health & safety and licensing requirements are maintained, provide feedback to parents on their child’s development.
