Glenella Child Care & Education Centre provides a quality child care and education service and facility for both children and their families.

The staff at Glenella aim to provide each child with a home away from home atmosphere, whilst meeting the individual and educational needs of each child.

Conveniently open 12 hours a day, Monday to Friday, the centre is purpose built and has large outdoor and indoor play areas as well as plenty of age appropriate toys, equipment and furniture for children to play with and learn from.

For the convenience of families, the centre also provides a courtesy bus service with free pick up and drop off to home, school or work.

The centre runs a Before & After School Care program and Holiday Club program (Vacation Care) for children aged 6 to 12 years. These programs provide age appropriate activities and excursions, giving children a fun, interactive, social experience while providing families with flexibility surrounding their work hours and during the school holiday periods.

Children aged 4 to 5 years participate in a specialised active learning program aimed at preparing children for primary school and beyond, ‘Active Prep program’. The program includes activities based around subjects such as science, maths, language and literacy, life skills, computers and sports.
