We are delighted to announce that our very own Julie Wisemantel has been named G8 Education’s National Centre Manager of the Year!
Julie was selected form more than 500 early learning centres across Australia. She won the national award at last week’s 2019 Centre Manager Conference.
About the Award
This award is given to a centre manager who is deemed the best performing across all areas of Operational Excellence (Team & Culture, Children & Families, Safety & Practice and Business).
We believe the award is true testament to Julie’s dedication to providing children with varied and inclusive early learning environments. It also honours her passion for producing high quality educational outcomes for your children.
A few words from Julie
Julie said she was both humbled and excited to be named national award winner.
“At Grasshoppers we’re all about paying it forward. You never know what a person is going through in their day-to-day lives and we could be the person to make a difference in their lives,” she said after accepting her award at the 2019 Centre Manager Conference this week.
“For us it’s not a nine to five job – it’s more than that. You’ve got to have passion, you’ve got to have commitment and you’ve got to have a team that’s your support and backbone. We aim to be an extension of our families so that we can provide them and their children with the best experience possible.”
The team at Early Learning Services is incredibly proud of Julie. We encourage all parents of Grasshoppers Early Learning Centre to take a moment to congratulate Julie on this incredible achievement!
