Vattana Early Learning Centre

Inspiring learning for life at Vattana Early Learning Centre. Our early learning and long day care centre is nestled in the heart of Cabramatta, ideally located for families living or commuting through Cabramatta or nearby suburbs Canley Vale, Lansvale, Mount Pritchard and Fairfield.

When stepping into our homely child care centre, you will experience a haven where children are encouraged to discover, learn and flourish. Our adventure-filled playgrounds include sandpits, a cubby house, waterplay area and vegetable garden that encourages the children to explore their environment and embrace the outdoors with friends. Children are encouraged to explore the outdoor areas to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence.

At Vattana Early Learning Centre we believe a solid relationship between educators, children and families are a powerful foundation for belonging and learning. To help foster positive relationships educators encourage children to feel a sense of belonging in their surrounding environments, moreover, we encourage community involvement. As a service, we always strive to contribute back to the community through open days, centre events and centre fundraisers.

Our indoor spaces encourage exploration and discovery with engaging resources and learning experiences. Children marvel, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists and designers.

We provide healthy, freshly made meals created daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements so there is no need to pack your child lunch. Opportunities to educate children on healthy eating practices are displayed as educators encourage children to assist in selecting edible plants from our vegetable garden which are used in many of our meals.

A schedule of alternating specialised programs including a super fit class, martial arts and computer program are regularly available to your child enhancing the daily program.

Throughout the year, educators and children venture out on excursions to our local community visiting the library, farms, park and nearby supermarket. Neighbourhood connections support a sense of community and belonging for children and provide opportunities to develop social and observational skills with different people, places, and environments.

We regularly present educational children’s shows and welcome special guests to the centre including STEPS vision screening and dentist visits to extend on the children’s learning. Community connections support a sense of belonging for children and offer opportunities to develop social and observational skills with different people, places, and environments.

We also offer an engaging sustainability program teaching the children a sense of responsibility and connection to their world. Children learn about sustainability practices through our vegetable garden while harvesting food, weeding, watering, and nurturing the environment.
